BTRC Boss asked entrepreneurs to focus on 4 issues
Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) Chairman Shyam Sunder Sikder
has said that online entrepreneurs should be given importance to credibility, quality of service, timely product service and commitment.
The commission chief made the suggestion while addressing as the chief guest at the ninth master class of the Women and E-Commerce Forum, a popular Facebook group of women entrepreneurs, on Saturday.
The BTRC Boss also joked about his participation of willingness in the online business if he had the opportunity in his speech.
International business expert Robin Sturgis and Thot's Chairman Muhammad Mahbubul Alam took a master class titled 'Ways to Grow and Retain Customers in e-Commerce'.
Saumya Basu, Chairman & CEO of Silk Global Limited, Kabir Shakib, Advisor of WE and IT-ITES Policy Advisor of LICT Project Sami Ahmed were also delivered their speech at this event.
